Saint Peter

At St.Peter's RC Primary School we have our special logo as the 'Keys to Heaven' that is a symbol of St.Peter. Saint Peter is our Sacred Saint.

In the Holy Bible Matthew 4:19 we read:

And he said to them, "Follow me, I will make you fishers of men"

Each class had the opportunity to learn about different aspects of Saint Peter.  The children completed art work focussing on the main symbols and facts of Saint Peter.

FS2    -  Fisherman

Year 1 -  Keys to Heaven

Year 2 -  First Pope

Year 3 -  Jesus washing Peter's feet

Year 4 -  Peter was name the rock

Year 5 -  Church St.Peter's Basilica

Year 6 -  Saint Peter being crucified upside down
